1. Who you buy from

TradeX is the seller of record: it buys the goods from the suppliers and resells them to your company. Your invoice is issued by a TradeX company.

2. Accounts

• Only verified companies can place orders.
• You are responsible for the members you invite to your company account.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in your display currency; exchange rates are locked when you place the order.
• One checkout can include several suppliers: you pay once and we create one order per supplier.
• Pay by card, e-wallet or bank transfer within the payment window, otherwise the checkout expires.

4. Delivery

Orders travel between the UAE and Iraq with our shipping partner. Delivery times are estimates.
